A proposal was presented by the organization to provide accommodation equipped with modern facilities at a nominal rent for poor students, travelers, and other needy individuals. It was unanimously decided that the accommodation facility would initially include 11 beds. The number of beds may be increased as per the requirement.

The head trustee, Mrs. Namrata Singh, named the hostel “Surya Niketan – Gareebon Ka Basera” For the implementation of this initiative, three departments were formed, and relevant staff members were selected for each department.

Trustee Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh instructed the concerned staff regarding the supply of necessary items, cleanliness of the premises, painting, and repairs. In the same sequence, Trustee Mr. Anshuman Vikram Singh inspected the premises and issued directions for the required tasks.
